    Artificial Heart is a metal band from Tuusula, Finland that was formed originally by Max Malinen, Tuomas Blomberg, Tomi Timonen and Oskari Ali-Melkkilä in late 2008 and right after they started composing their own material. After a long seek for a singer, Matias Jyläskoski joined the band on summer 2009. Artificial Heart's music is a fresh mix of different kinds of metal and hardcore music. Low tuned, heavy and technical guitars with catchy melodies, progressive song structures, booming bass lines and skillful, unique drumwork combined with outstanding, all-rounded vocals create together a disasterpiece that Finnish metal scene has never seen before shredding down this promised land of drinking, wifebeating and leather pants. On 2010, Artificial Heart has released two 3-song ep:s and has allready gained some good reputation in- and outside the borders of Finland. Artificial Heart was formed in the late 2008 by four friends since childhood after playing together on various projects. Immediately they started composing their own material and on summer 2009, after a long seek for a singer skillful enough Matias Jyläskoski joined the band to fill the frontman's position.

Since 2008, Artificial Heart has moved forward with great steps and their music has turned from straightforward death metal into a fresh mix of different kinds of metal and hardcore music. Low tuned, heavy guitars with catchy melodies, progressive song structures, booming bass lines and unique drumwork combined with all-rounded screaming and clean vocals create together a disasterpiece that Finnish metal scene has never seen before shredding down this promised land of serious drinking, wifebeating and leather pants.

At the moment, Artificial Heart's composing new material to be released on their fourthcoming record on early 2011 with a twinkle in their eyes, so be aware;
