Badhoneys é nome deste power trio formado em Porto Alegre em julho do ano passado por Giana Cognato (guitarras, vocais), Stefano Fell (bateria) e Rodrigo Souto (baixo), membros e ex-membros de bandas como Loomer, Andina, Transmission, Dead Fingers e Girlish, ambas bandas extremamente fundamentais na cena alternativa gaúcha, esta que cresce gradualmente e nos maravilha a cada nova surpreendente descoberta e surgimento. Neste seu primeiro trabalho intitulado "Restart to Fail Again" o clima intimista impera em fusão as letras sobre temas universais da dor, como a própria Giana descreve em entrevista a RadioMicrofonia. As influências ficam a cargo de nomes geniais como P.J. Harvey, Nirvana, Joy Division, New Order, Pixies e Dinosaur Jr e a sonoridade sempre oscilando entre a beleza amarga e a aspereza mergulhada em raiva e angústia capta e exerce um magnífico resultado em 5 canções energéticas e introspectivas como em um renascimento magistral e despretencioso, uma exaltação visceral da alma e essência alt rock noventista.
