  • Bio

In the midst of a drug-induced haze in mid-late 2007, CORDECTOMY was founded. In the beginning, just a drum kit, a six string guitar, a laptop and a few microphones was all it took to record a demo. Obviously, this demo was not comparable to later efforts. The original name of the band, "SLICEDWITHPRECISION". It was under this title that the 2009 Demo was recorded. There were 4 other members of the band under that name, but the demo was recorded completely by Mike O'Hara. These songs were merely just given a new artists' name, CORDECTOMY. Two other songs were recorded for that demo after the name and member change, "Our Species, Defiled" and "Cranial Fragments Dispersed"...Now, three years after it's inception, CORDECTOMY is still recording more and more material, however, not a single album has been revealed. As soon as the funds are acquired, all music recorded to date, will be released independently. Now with Mike O'Hara left to the musical duties and Kristen Keegan left to the managing and promotion, the albums will be released that much sooner and blasted into more ears than ever before. Prepare for devastation.2007-2010 M.O'Hara Productions. All Rights Reserved.
