.. Fait Accompli crash landed onto the Sydney music scene in October 2006. They arrived fierce and hungry for some action, and not too long after, a reaction is what they got. Fait Accompli smashed shows, their gear and their livers with a straight forward Progressive Indie Jam Soul Punk Rock Monster - of - a - sound. Their approach to songwriting showed that Fait Accompli were adding a heavy but fresh new colour to an over saturated Indie sounding Sydney. .... Not fighting for a Next big thing tag, Fait Accompli manned their fort with a heads down tails up work ethic. Instead of looking for a short term goal in the shape of a record deal, Fait Accompli opted to search for a better direction for their sound as their important long term goal. So they set off to play a few hundred shows up and down Australia's East Coast during their first 3 years. .... Fait Accompli have self released two ep's; IT IS WHAT IT IS (2007) and 666 (2008). They also released their single RIDE (late 2009). Their debut album DREAMS is coming very soon. .... Fait Accompli are a Punk Rock Brotherhood who care deeply about their friends and their music. They are willing to share their songs with anybody who wants to listen, giving it everything they've got, playing till their hearts bleed. ....
