OLD Nº 7 is a Brazilian Stoner Metal band founded in 2004 in Pelotas/RS and currently has as its members André "Pak" Flores (vocals), Douglas Veiga (drums), Giovani Golfeto (bass), Fábio "Ice" Santos e Rodrigo "Priest" Sedrez (guitars). From the very beginning, the group has always chose to perform original songs and in 2005 has already had its first demo called "Solitude Drunk", inspired by some of the band's main influences like Black Sabbath, Motörhead Black Label Society, Pantera, Spiritual Beggars, etc. At the end of 2009, the band participated in a musical competition at nacional level and was one of 10 bands selected by "Projeto Cultura do Brasil" to sign a production contract to record a professional compact disk. From this important landmark, in March of 2010, the five members headed to Santo André/SP to begin recording their first professional album. With the completion of the production still in 2010, the band hopes to release the album, titled "Straight Attitudes for a Broken Life", in the first half of 2011. -
