Originally formed in 1992 under the name MORBID, they quickly changed their name to SACRARIO, with Fabbio Webber(guitars & vocals), Fabian Neri(bass), Anderson Bohnenberger(guitars) and Éverson Krentz(drums) with the objective of playing heavy, technical and aggressive songs. In the beginning of 1992 they recorded their first demo Vengeance Behind Death with 4 songs. In 1993 their song Into the Dark was featured on the sampler Thrash, Heavy & Loud once again achieving positive response from both fans and press. In the next year they released Screams Of Agony featuring the tracks Screams Of Agony, Spilling Blood by Violence and Euthanasia. With quality recording this Demo conquered lots of compliments from local and foreign magazines and fanzines. After this period, between 1995 and 1997, SACRARIO played several shows in different places along their home state increasing their popularity and playing many musical contests, as the FEST ROCK PV, that took place on São Leopoldo City. They won the contest, defeating more than 150 bands and recording a track on the samples of the contest, Drug Addiction, that became a real classic of the band. At the end of 1998 they began recording their first full length and among the recording sessions was released an Advance tape with 4 songs, as a sample of the new songs. In april 1999 they finished recording their debut album entitled CATASTROPHIC EYES, with 13 songs. A year after the band broke up due to many problems faced by the band. Nowadays SACRARIO is back with a new line up, after eight long years since that last show. With more cohesion and experience the band will release a new full length named STIGMA OF DELUSION in November 2010. Their main influences Sodom, Kreator, Destruction, Slayer and Vader mixing in equal parts brutal riffs, technical songwriting, odd time signatures and screaming guitar solos. Therefore they are still developing their own identity, not fitting in specific genres and styles. The new line current is Fabbio Webber (guitars & Vocals) Gustavo Stuepp (bass) Ricardo Lemos (guitars) and Everson Krentz (drums).
