The hard rock band Straybullet has begun the pre release of their EP
Trilogy which has three unpublished tunes, Hard Blood, Fields on Sands and
Awaken, the first track was mixed by legendary producer Beau
Hill who has already worked with significant bands on the world’s
stage like Europe, Alice Cooper, Winger, Warrant, Ratt...
Their music has attracted the attention of British and American radios some
proposals have emerged to distribute the EP in Europe and the USA.
Furthermore the band have been recording their Debut Album that will
contain ten or eleven tunes and will be finished in the beggining of 2010
with the purpose of being lauched in a European tour. Straybullet is
Rod Kafka (vocals), Carlos Stonoga and Edu Tex JR
(guitar), Ronaldo Junior (keyboards), Eduardo Stonoga (bass)
and Beto Stein (drums).

A banda de rock curitibana Straybullet (Bala Perdida) surgiu no final da década de 90 com a reunião dos irmãos Carlos Stonoga (guitarra) e Eduardo Stonoga (baixo) os irmãos Edu Tex JR (guitarra) e Beto Stein (bateria) e pelo vocalista Rod Kafka. Recentemente, o tecladista Ronaldo Junior se incorporou ao grupo.
Atualmente, a banda está lançando sua primeira música em português, Ministério do Rock Adverte, que reflete as referências do rock clássico e tem como um de seus objetivos demonstrar o potencial da banda para composições originais. Outra música, Hard Blood, chamou a atenção do famoso produtor americano Beau Hill (que já trabalhou com bandas como Ratt, Europe, Alice Cooper...) que fez contato através do myspace da banda e propôs mixá-la. O som da Straybullet tem sido tocado nas rádios britânicas e americanas. O lançamento do primeiro álbum está previsto para o final deste ano.
AWESOME ROCK! Rod, you have a great set of vocals. :) Can definitely hear some 80's influences in your music, which is always cool. How do you make new innovations, if you haven't learned proper techniques from THE MASTERS?!? Am I right? Tell me I'm right. (LOL)

LOVE IS ALIVE 2008-The singer is telling us that anyone could be on a mission to find love in someone. He is telling us of people in general who appear to have hearts of stone, but then when you find love and know that this is the real thing, how can a person not open up their heart and go with the flow. He sees that for this young lady that he sees, love is alive in her. She has given him so much, he is able to feel that the love shows in her and it is alive in her aura. SEASONS 2008-The singer is telling the story that his love is changing. He sees in this young lady that she is heartbroken due to the breakup. Then he starts to reminisce about the love that they used to have for each other and wants her to remember how is was when their love was new. Not to forget him. For them to remain friends. He feels that since they broke up, his aura has diminished. He is asking how he can find his aura again. What has gone wrong. Did he make a mistake by breaking up with her. Now the love surrounding him is gone. He know longer has that bubble of love surrounding him anymore, but knows that he must move on. Thank you for allowing me to listen to what you have to offer. WINGER TRIBUTE-The singer is speaking about a fire burning in the young people. A storm is brewing. The young people have a song that they are wanting to sing and get out to the people. The young are our future. Can we, as the adults, hear or listen to what our young people have to say. We, as adults, seem to think that our young people don't know what they are wanting. The young are singing to us through song to let us, as adults, know what is coming in their generation if we do not listen and take heed. Will the future of the young survive if we do not change and allow their light to show through so that they have their chance in this world? A storm is brewing and it is our young people trying to tell us, hey!!! old guys!!!!! Give us a chance here!!!! This is a song people should listen to because here you are trying to get the word out through song, that things need to change in the world. Great job, guys. LOVE IS ALIVE-The singer here is trying to let you know that if you have a cold heart, you will not find love. You need to just open up, let the light shine and allow someone in to show you that your love is alive if you just give yourself a chance. To not feel love is such a horror story. Deep down, there is love in everyone. You just have to let the light shine in you, and love will find you. When you see a person who seems to have a cold heart, your love for that person will open up and love will shine for them. There is a saying; "It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all." To me, to experience love and maybe have your heart broken, makes you stronger because hopefully the flaws in others will be shown to you and the same things will not happen again, hopefully. AWAKEN-Away with the illusions. The singer is telling us to wake up. He is also wanting to go home. He is wanting to start over. His bad dreams are governing his thoughts and is wanting to change. He is distraught and anxious in finding his way home, wherever home may be. He is no longer wanting to dream these dreams. He wants to be awakened in the AM. He is being told that this is life, the life that he is searching for. He is being led by his good intentions. He know is finding his way in the world, by his thoughts of determination. To live and find things that are worthwhile. He is now living the life he has always wanted. Great job. Love the way the band handled themselves in this song. Everyone on key and in tune, in rhythm; I loved it. FIELDS ON SAND-Ahhhhh, I love motorcycles. Heard one in the background of this song. Love the beginning of this song. It shows your diversity in playing; not just hard rock but also a little bit of rock and roll that is classic. Has a lot of power behind those instruments and vocals. This is a fun song. A little bit of twang. The singer is speaking that this is his life and everything feels right. Love the background vocals. He is not wanting to settle down, not wanting to settle down just yet. He loves the fact of being free, living high on the hog. Living high on life. Not wanting to be tied down to anyone just yet. Loves riding on the fields of sand, the wind in his hair and the wheels underneath his feet on his bike just cruising and having a great time. I could hear the fun that all of you were having with this song. I loved the freedom that each of you had with your instruments. MINISTERIO DO ROCK ADVERTE- Even though I do not speak Portuguese, I think the name of the song means literally the ministry of the rock which could mean rock and roll is going to continue to on no matter what the government may feel. I love the music and the vocals here. The band is just beautiful. You have the looks and the charisma in your music to draw the crowds and have them interested in what you have to offer. I know you have my interest. Loved the song. HARDBLOOD-The singer of this song is asking for patience wherever he/she is. Do not rush. He is speaking of people all over the world not knowing what they want or where they are going, because they rush. Not knowing what to do with themselves. Love the vocals. The solos are amazing and the instruments are all together. He is wanting to know answers from this loved one. He wants to be told if he is hard-blooded. All of his dreams are not colorful.
