About me:
TalentCast www.talentcast.nl is a non-profit, non-commercial, voluntary project that promotes independent music.Not all crew members of TalentCast speak Dutch!

Want airplay?
Follow the instructions in our Frequently Asked Questions before contacting us.
We make a weekly radio program which features solely independent music. The program is broadcast once a week by a Dutch radio station Ede FM (on FM and cable radio) and can be listened to online on our website. You can also listen to us on iTunes.
We also promote the best videoclips on our MySpace profile and on our website.
Every week members of TalentCast vote for their favourite song from the programme. The song which receives the most votes becomes the Song of the Week the following week and receives more airplay at Ede FM (min. 40 times that week). It is also for the whole week promoted on the main page of our website.
Who I'd like to meet:
ARTISTSIf you are an independent artist, you are welcome to sign up at TalentCast and become our member!
As an artist member of TalentCast, you will be able to upload your music files to us. Out of the uploads we receive, we make a selection for our weekly programme.
You will also be able to advertise your gigs and events on our website. Our website is visited by music lovers from all over the world so it is a very good way to give your gigs more exposure!
You need to become a member of TalentCast to receive airplay in our programme. That is because we can only accept files that are uploaded to us directly by artists. Please do NOT send us mp3s, video files or download links by email. We will not be able to use them.
If you are selected for airplay, we will send you a comment on your profile. We will also notify you if your track becomes our Song of the Week.
MUSIC FANS
All music lovers on MySpace are welcome to become members of TalentCast!
As a member of TalentCast, you will be able to give your weekly vote to your favourite track on the playlist. You will be also able to request songs of your favourite independent artist and post gigs and events.
RADIO STATIONS
TalentCast always welcomes radio stations that are interested in broadcasting our weekly radio show or our Song of the Week.

Nu är det dags för 2012 års upplaga av GP Scen, tävlingen där du som västsvenskt band eller artist kan få spela i finalen på Järntorget under Way out west-lördagen den 11 augusti samt vinna studiotid med Oskar Lindberg i Svenska grammofonstudion och promotion av Skiva. Det blir femte året vi kör tävlingen och antalet medverkande har stadigt ökat för att 2011 landa på över 350. Helt fantastiskt, tycker vi. Går det att slå i år?
